The RDEP (Rotary Distance Education Program) is one of the leading program to work towards literacy and education of under privileged students in rural parts of the country. Under this initiative a computer system consisting of Projector, Projector Screen, E-Learning Syllabus from 1st to 10th standard and a UPS system was donated to a rural govt. school, Shri Chandrakantbhau D Deshmukh Primary & Secondary School, where approximately 700 students study between 1st to 7th standard. The school management and students have appreciated efforts of Rotary in helping them and are confident of improving quality of education by way of this e-learning tool.
