Introduction 

SWOT Analysis of a club aids to get holistic picture to mark a successful year in terms of all  Rotary Avenues. 

The analysis does assist to understand the strengths and weaknesses to bang upon and  overcome respectively, along with making the most of the opportunities and evading threats to have all the resources in place to execute well on all fronts, eventually driving the  year towards a successful one. 

SWOT is done in each Rotary Avenue to have focused approach. 

Strengths 

Membership 

1. Good bonding and assimilation amongst members, anns and annets 2. Consistent and healthy attendance in club meetings 

3. People with diverse careers 

4. Young and enthusiastic members 

5. Very low attrition rate 

Foundation 

1. 100% contributing club 

2. 7 PHF members and addition of at-least 1 in every RY 

Service Projects 

1. 2 Signature Projects with 1 of them being at Rank-1 at Rotary India Level 2. 1 Synergy Project Lead by club 

3. Contribution in multiple synergy projects across the district 

4. 80% plus member attendance in service project execution 

5. Strong bonding with CSR partners to continue signature projects. 

Public Image 

1. Active Digital and Print Media PI 

2. Driven the PI initiatives at District level. 

3. Regular updates on FB/Twitter about club service projects 

4. Rotary News Coverage 

Administration 

1. AV Bulletins 

2. Engaging meetings are organized which draws members’ attention. 3. Regular track of meetings with set agenda on calendar 

4. Members are given in-person calls and gift on Birthdays and Anniversaries 

Youth 

1. Active Participation in RYE 

2. Very Active Rotaract and Interact club with 80+ members in Rotaract club and 50+ in  Interact.

3. Active engagement with community based Rotaract and Interact Club Bibwewadi in  meetings and few service projects. 

4. Rotaract Club of Bibwewadi did host DC of Rotaract for RY 2022-23 5. Good succession planning in place for Rotaract and Interact Clubs 

Training 

1. Club Trainer ensures all BODs are trained at regular intervals and do get guidance  from assigned mentor assigned for every avenue.

1. Good participation of BODs and few members in District events and Conference

Membership 

1. Membership growth has been low so far due to strict guidelines for membership in  club by-laws.

1. No members in Level-1 Major Donors

1. No Happy School/Village projects executed yet. 

2. Ample CSR funding available but it takes time to find right set of beneficiaries for the  project.
