Girls were empowered by providing them training in domestic sexual abuse, cyber-crime bullying, nutrition, self-defense and confidence building, menstrual hygiene and misconceptions. Sanitary pads, Asmita booklets, pepper sprays and multivitamin tablets were distributed to them.
