DG Introduction in short by anyone from the Club. 05 minutes DG’s Speech (minimum) 20 minutes AG visit should be done 15 days prior to DG visit. Check DG visit program, agenda and logistics and give feedback to Secretary - DG Visits, 10 days prior to DG Visit. AG, DRT need to be invited. Other invites are left to the club as per their culture. Guidelines for OCV: Dos and Don’ts. No gifts and flowers strictly to DG & District First Gentleman. The club can contribute the amount to Rotary foundation for POLIO/APF or for any service project of its choice All meetings during DG Visit starting from meeting with Strategic planning committee to General meeting should strictly follow the defined timing. If the club plans to induct new members, upload the new members data on www.rotary.org and inform AG. The new members will be inducted based on the member data uploaded on www.rotary.org otherwise those will be felicitated as prospective members.
